Share your views of Advocacy support in Central Bedfordshire and Bedford Borough
Healthwatch Central Bedfordshire have been asked by the local authorities in Central Bedfordshire and Bedford Borough to lead a community engagement project to seek the views of their residents on the local adult’s Advocacy Service. Healthwatch Bedford Borough are promoting this survey.
Advocacy is a free, independent support service that involves you in decisions about your health, care and wellbeing. An advocate is an independent professional who is on your side. They can support you to have your say and know your rights.
If you have previously received Advocacy support, or you are currently receiving Advocacy support, please complete this short survey as your feedback will help to develop Advocacy support services for the future.
